	The two companies announced the integration of SmartPlant Instrumentation software from Intergraph with Integrity software from PAS, which will improve management of automation assets in the process industries. ARCwire - PAS, a leading global supplier of people and asset solutions, and Intergraph Corp., a leading global provider of spatial information management software, announced the integration of the SmartPlant Instrumentation software (powered by INtools) from Intergraph with the Integrity software from PAS, which will facilitate improved management of automation assets in the process industries. PAS has integrated SmartPlant Instrumentation with PAS' Integrity Automation Configuration Management (ACM) software to provide configuration visualization, change management reporting, and configuration integrity checks. As a result, customers can easily track signal flow from any instrument through all automation assets and advanced applications used in process plants today. Integrity ACM software brings visibility to otherwise intangible assets enabling the consistent implementation of best practices for optimal lifecycle management. SmartPlant Instrumentation is the instrument data management solution within Intergraph SmartPlant for Operations and Maintenance solutions. SmartPlant Instrumentation delivers instrument loop diagrams and datasheets that allow operations and maintenance personnel to use accurate data to reduce the cost of plant maintenance.
