The vision of Vidya Academy of Science and Technology, “PROGRESS THROUGH EDUCATION” is reflected in our endeavour to conduct the international conference "EPSCICON 2010" on 4-6 January 2010.Through this conference we hope to bring to the scientific community of India in general and Kerala in particular, an epsilon amount of research being carried out in different parts of the world. The scope of the conference is essentially inter-disciplinary though we have identified four broad areas– Power & energy systems, control & vibrational analysis, signals & circuits and computations.
The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering of Vidya Academy of Science and Technology, Thrissur will be hosting this international conference. The purpose of the conference is to bring together specialists, researchers and teachers in various areas of electrical and other associated areas of engineering for an effective exchange of ideas and discussions of future directions of research and teaching. All aspects of mathematical theories, computational techniques and industrial applications will be discussed. Special attention will be given to discussions on recent developments.
