There is loss of accuracy in voltage signals due to input impedance of the measuring instrument and also there is electrical interference from near by cables and other sources.

actually even if we are having some problems in cables or even in circuit a voltage can be observed across i.e drop , and its
not a reliable way to go with voltage

eventually every single instrument converts the physical form into electrical form i.e digital and to relate the physical form
into a singnal , the analog signal is the best defines the physical property
