Description of the BA6688 are:1)Three-phase motor pre-driver;2)Upper and lower N-channel MOS FET driving;3)PWM driving ;4)Built-in charge-pump circuit;5)Built-in FG amplifier and hysteresis amplifier;6)Built-in current limit circuit;7)a three-phase motor pre-driver;8)PWM driving system is adopted in this IC;9)incorporation of a booster to drive N-channel (upper and lower) MOS FET;10)Current limit, FG amplifier, FG hysteresis amplifier and charge-pump are incorporated as other functions.

The absolute maximum ratings(Ta=25℃) of the BA6688 can be summarized as:(1)Power supply voltage,Vcc:36V;(2)Power dissipation,Pd:950mW;(3)Operating temperature range,Topr:-10~+75°C;(4)Storage temperature range,Tstg:-40~+150°C.

The electrical characteristics(Ta=25℃,vcc=7V) of the BA6688 can be summarized as:(1)Circuit current,Icc:11.7~19.7mA(Typ,15.7mA);(2)VREG voltage,VREG:5.4~6.4V(Typ,5.9V);(3)
Hall input bias current,IHA:-0.3~/(Typ,-0.7uA);(4)Hall common-mode input voltage range,VHAR:1.0~4.9(Typ,-);(5)Boost voltage,VG:VCC+8~VCC+8(Typ,VCC+7V);(6)Upper gate High voltage,VHG:VCC+8~VCC+8(Typ,VCC+7V);(7)Lower gate High voltage,VLG:9.5~11.5V(Typ,10,5V);(8)Current detection voltage,VCL:0.342~0.413V(Typ,0.380V);(9)FG amplifier open loop gain,GVFG:45~-(Typ,54DB);
