The above link is working without any problem for me
I can see the pdf file and am able to download it.
What web browser you are using? and what error message do you get?
Since the able link is direct link to the pdf, your web browser may not be allowing it to open or download it (which can be due to browser or speed problems)
You can right click the link and use "Save Link As" option to download the file... |

Hi Instuite,
I have just tried again and still met the old error. I have taken it by print screen and pasted it on the word page but I don't know how to post it. So that I can only describe the message as following: "The file is damaged and could not be repaired". This message was also appeared when I downloaded some other referential document on this web.

thanks for taking out time again.
When you post reply there is Add an attachment option little down to your writting space.You can attach your file there.Check out the screen shot. |
