Post subject: Solenoid Valve Output Changing
Dear all,
I am facing a different problem in my company....Here in my Power Plant we have dampers for FD Air line Compartments...In this we are using ON/OFF Cylinders and Double acting Rotex Vadodara G06 00894 solenoid valve...
We are giving one time 230V Pulse for Solenoid Valve Open/Close....
Problem is when i gave open pulse to solenoid valve i got open side output then i closed solenoid valve input air line then after a 5 seconds i opened air line now i'm getting air from the solenoid valve close side output... the head between solenoid valve to ON/OFF Cylinders 5 meters....
We have 20 dampers we are facing same problem in all....
1.Why it is changing without any pulse from DCS to close coil...
Please help me in this regard

HI Uvais,
Can you attach catalog.
Please check supply voltage. whether it is continuous or pulse. It may be continuous supply SOV.
